Neil Bryan Tygar, P.A. exceeded all of my expectations in handling my case. What had the potential to be a very difficult and drawn out process was made simple and fast! Mr Tygar was attentive, compassionate and quick to address my concerns. I figured this entire process would take years to complete but was pleasantly surprised with how hard he worked and how quickly the matter was resolved. If you need a lawyer who will have your back, Mr Tygar is the one. I can't recommend this law firm enough!
I was referred to this firm through Legal Shield but never spoke with Mr. Tygar himself—my case was handled by his son. I paid a non-refundable 10-hour retainer, yet only 3.7 hours of work were done before I was told my case was “resolved.” When I asked for additional help on the same matter, my emails were ignored. Extremely disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this firm.
I had two prior good experiences with this attorney. To the point where I thought of him as a friend. The last case, a case involving Fair Housing and defamation of character, which, my exhibits were so overwhelmingly strong, he allowed the other attorneys to walk all over us. One of the board members I was suing who is an attorney personally told me that my attorney was screwing up this case. I had four of the attorneys look at the case to date at what had been done and they told me he was way out of line for billing me for his mistake when he wrote one of the causes of action incorrectly, and the judge had to give him instruction on how to write it correctly. All in all, I think he’s a good fellow, trustworthy, and honest, but he completely dropped the ball with me. And now I have to live my life in a community. I will be harassed for the rest of my life because he did not put in the protections I told him to put into the final agreement
