I found this firm to be so efficient and hard working , and knowledgeable, and they were compassionate also. I had been turned down numerous times by other lawyer's offices, and really felt that my case was not going to be of any merit whatsoever. But, Hill and Ponton firm quickly rose to the occasion. I am so impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. It restored my faith in the legal system again. I highly recommend this firm.

After multiple denials on my agent orange exposure for ischemic heart and hypothyroidism I contacted Hill and Ponton. After reviewing my case Matthew Hill determined my case was valid. My attorney is Kerry Baker who is a veteran his self and after about 6 months my 40% disability was increased to 100%. After multiple heart attacks and open heart surgery I finally received a letter from the VA admitting my condition was indeed caused by herbicide exposure. Thank you Kerry, Shannon, Kaitlyn!! I was not successful on my own. Hill & Ponton took my case in September of 2022 ( I was at 50% service connected ). They got me to 100% by April 2023. If you have ever had to deal with the VA then you know this is really quick. Stacey Clark and April Vaughn were fantastic!! I searched the internet for a solid Disability Attorney law firm to represent me. I called a few firms to discuss my situation but after careful review, I chose Hill & Ponton to represent me.
