Honest, straightforward, tells you like it is and doesn't give you false hope. It was great to have attorney McClure, because once I paid him, he took care of everything.
He talks a great game during consultation about an approach/plan on your situation to instill full confidence in his abilities. I spent $5000 on Tom to represent me on a criminal case in Racine County and to say the least he's a complete fraud. He did absolutely nothing in the case and has no sway with the DA. He lacks knowledge on law as a whole and his communication is nonexistent. When you do speak with him, he's very sarcastic and thinks he knows it all. There were many times when he was late to appearances and when it was time to schedule the next one, he would push it out as far as possible. I sat in jail for 16 months and he did nothing to try and get my bail lowered despite my many requests to try and do so. All in all I would NOT recommend his services if you are looking for any legal representation.
Four years ago I hired Tom McClure to resolve a parking issue I had with the city of Milwaukee. Paid him over $3000 to represent me. To make a long story short he did nothing on my behalf. After countless correspondences, he will not return my phone calls or emails. I should have done better research on him. His licence was previously suspended by the State of Wisconsin due to malfeasance. I think he is a con man. In my opinion it would be a big mistake to hire him.
