What an awful experience. She completely botched my case by not listening, not gauging the opposing side properly, and then not making sure that the marriage settlement agreement protected me against claims from creditors and the ex's wrath. In the end she coerced me into signing an agreement that I did not want to sign by continuously threatening to withdraw from the case even though she knew that no other lawyer would touch the case since it was in trial. Absolutely horrific how she handled everything from start to finish. Instead of fighting for me she ended up arguing with me and pressuring me to agree to things I shouldn't have agreed to. ex immediately took me back to court, just as I had predicted because of what she forced me to sign. She knew this but didn't care. Happily took my money but her services are absolutely worthless. After over a year later, I am STILL waiting on my paperwork being handed over which she promised the judge she would.
