He knows how to help with a lot of real estate related problems and solutions so he just gave me all my options and let me pick. I thought I needed to go bankrupt but he got me what I wanted by just doing a short sale. It was a very good experience.

These guys are definitely not your run of the mill lawyers. Everyone there is courteous, professional, and polite. The fee was actually reasonable too.

I was with another attorney (from TV commercials) who just signed me up and took my money without really looking at my situation and figuring out what was best for me. I met with Emil and he came up with a plan that made a lot more sense.

Emil and Matt did a great job! They stopped a foreclosure trial when I came to them a few days before. They also managed to modify my mortgage while in the bankruptcy and now I’m out of debt and in my house.

Quality attorney and staff. Emil started out defending my foreclosure case and later filed a bankruptcy for me and was able to negotiate a loan modification in the bankruptcy. Highly recommended.
