Happy with the service I received everything was handled timely and professionally. There was never a problem with getting a hold of who I needed when I called and if they called and I didn't answer there would be a message left as well as another call at a later time or day if I hadn't responded yet. Periodic updates on case standings through emails as well as hard copies in the mail were greatly appreciated.

Mr Daszkal is very, very client serviced oriented. He listens carefully and is always conscious of not over spending client funds. He is very knowledgeable

I strongly recommend that you not use this firm as they are nothing but ambulance chasers and care nothing about their clients, only putting $ in their pockets as well as their Dr friends pockets. Pure and simple- Ambulance chasers. As long as your case is quick and simple then yes you might be happy with them. But in my case I was in a severe car accident causing some major back injuries. I knew Alex for many years and talked to him on almost a daily basis and I knew his family so when he said he'd take my case I felt at ease that I was going to be in good hands and I put my trust in him. He sent me to a back Dr, physical therapy, a chiropractor, massage therapist and a mental therapist. After some time of going to all these places and getting a MRI done I was still in severe pain. I told him I was still in pain and he sent me back to the Dr who done my MRI where I told him I am in a lot of pain. My career was purely physical, everything I did was hardcore physical and the pain in my back was paralyzing at times. When I told the Dr about it, I literally cried to him that my back hurt and my job was suffering, he looked at me and said "what do want me to do about it". He brushed me off like I was wasting his time. I told Alex what he said and it was documented in the paperwork, the MRI showed the extent of my injuries and that there was nothing that could be done. Meanwhile I'm losing tons of work, going under financially, my health was going down hill from all the stress and I didn't know what to do. After some time I was told I should settle the case and take what I get which turned out to be close to nothing after everyone else got paid. So here I am in a bad accident not my fault, severe back injuries, had to get a new car which my payments doubled, my car insurance went up, I'm having to give up a lot of work, I'm going under financially, my health is declining and I'm on the edge of having a breakdown yet I'm told to settle my case. I was scared, very depressed, major anxiety attacks and I had my trust in him so I settled. So in the end he got his $ and all his Dr friends got their $ and I got nothing. I ended up having a breakdown and had to go to the hospital for a month, had to leave south fl and move back with my family, I can't work, it's 5 years and I'm still in severe pain but worse than before, the current MRI shows the same as before nothing changed and I'm on disability. I should've been told DO NOT settle your case this is going to be a permanent thing so let it ride out as long as it takes but no he wanted his $. I should still be living down there living the life exactly as I was before my car accident even though I can't work and the other guys insurance should be paying my bills not the government. It's taken me this long to say anything about it because anytime I thought about it before I would have severe panic attacks which I still have on a daily basis. I'm on medication for depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD and panic attacks. I've been back in the hospital due to suicide attempts and my life will never be the same and it's all a very hard pill to swallow. I worked my @$$ off to achieve my goals and had the career of my dreams but all that is gone and I now live in a place I hate and struggling to get by each month on a fixed income. I was robbed and it sucks. Again if your case is short but sweet he's the guy for you because they want to burn and turn as many cases as possible to get their $ as opposed to waiting patiently and let a case ride out so real justice can be served. But if you're looking at permanent injuries go somewhere else or if he suggest you settle DON'T do it!!!
