Britt Brown represented me in a guardian suit. After being told he was wrong by the judge about legal standing he basically dropped off the face of the Earth! Two court dates later and about 6 weeks, I wasn't notified of court dates, guardianship papers weren't filed, I have lost the case and the only way I knew this was because the other party told someone she got guardianship! I have called at least 10 times and never have yet received a call back! $1500 wasted! What do I do now?
We had a terrible experience with this firm. Mr. Brown did not file a lein on a property for us as he was hired to do then as a result we lost our lien rights for that project/payment and leverage against the contractor that owned my painting company money for services. {para}During the same time we used them to handle a Real Estate closing and they dropped the ball which delayed the closing of a deal and a re-finance of the other. {para}They didnt communicate at all and their staff was rude.
