A criminal law and Personal Injury attorney who spends four to five days in court each week and has a passion for litigating, William Michael Maloof, Jr., represents the people in the Atlanta metropolitan area as an important part of The Maloof Law Firm. A former business law attorney, he brings his experience and his love of the courtroom to represent those who have been accused of committing a crime and are facing an uncertain future. 3rd generation family member of the Maloof Law Firm.
His focus area includes traffic and moving violations, violent crimes, property crimes, sex crimes, domestic violence, white collar crimes, drug crimes and DUI/DWI. Of his cases taken to trial, Mr. Maloof has been successful in over half of them. Along with criminal defense, he also takes cases of personal injury and graduated from the Bill Daniel’s Trial Advocacy Program.
From Georgia Tech with a degree in industrial management and a certificate in finance, Mr. Maloof moved on to the University of South Carolina to earn a Juris Doctor. He is a member of the young lawyers division of the DeKalb Bar Association and was DeKalb County’s treasurer for one year. An active member of the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, he is also involved in the education election committee of the organization.
Admitted to practice in the state of Georgia, he is experienced at the superior, state and municipal court levels. With a proven track record of success, Mr. Maloof is prepared to do the work and go the distance to obtain success for his clients.
