Hired Attorney William Michael Maloof, Jr.

I hired Mike to handle an administrative matter to terminate probation based on new legislation allowing such an action. I wasn't sure what the outcome would be so the matter was a little speculative, but turned out to be money very well spent. He was able to handle the prosecutor's concerns and obtained consent order to terminate my case. In addition he was able to secure the sealing of my record and order to seal in the same effort. The fixed price legal fee was very reasonable.

I was confronted with a case in Fulton County. I believed that the case had already been resolved based on prior negotiations another handled. I reached out to Mike and asked what should be done. He explained we had a double jeopardy defense. I appeared with Mike in court. He spoke with the prosecutor and indicated he would file motions and provide documentation. Three weeks later Mike called me to inform me that the charges had been dropped based on the paperwork we had filed.

Mike did a great job of representing me on a DUI case. I was released on a Fri afternoon with an initial court date of Monday. He met me on Sunday Afternoon and took the case. He got me the absolute best possible resolution to my case

Hired Attorney William Michael Maloof, Jr.

Was referred to Mr. Maloof Jr. from Attorney Larry Steele to handle a traffic matter which he told me he could handle in a week. After I punctually paid the $750 fee, it all went south. After a month of pulling teeth, I still had the charge on my driving record, causing me to continue another traffic case. Only after I called Mr. Steele back to question his referral did things get done. Maloof promised me $60 back for my continued court date that I never saw. Overall bad and stressful experience

Called four times for an appointment..no response. I cannot understand why a layer would not like a new client with funds for a retainer. Atlanta seems to have problems.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hired Attorney William Michael Maloof, Jr.

September 2015 I hired this law firm September 2015 because they told me they don't take cases they can't win. I paid them $12,550; and they hardly did ANYTHING. They told my son that he may not serve but 1 year. He's still incarcerated. They lied to my family; a complete disappointment.
