Sally Fox is the owner and managing partner of Fox Legal, LLC, based in Decatur, Georgia. Her practice centers on family law, civil litigation, and mediation. Known for her compassionate yet assertive approach, Sally combines care for her clients with a strong presence in the courtroom. Recognized as an Atlanta Magazine Super Lawyer since 2014 and a Georgia Trend Legal Elite honoree, she brings experience and dedication to every case.
Sally’s journey into family law was inspired by helping a friend escape an abusive marriage, an experience that fueled her passion for advocating for others. She earned her undergraduate degree cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania and later served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Poland. After completing a Master’s Degree in Liberal Studies at St. John’s College, she moved to Atlanta and eventually earned her J.D., cum laude, from Georgia State University College of Law in 2010.
Sally handles all aspects of family law, including divorce litigation, custody disputes, and pre- and post-nuptial agreements. She is admitted to practice in all Georgia courts and is a registered neutral and mediator. A resident of Atlanta’s Druid Hills neighborhood, Sally is active in local bar associations and professional organizations.
