Ms. Nedra L. Wick is a lawyer practicing administrative law, affirmative action, animal law and 15 other areas of law. Nedra received a B.S. degree from Black Hills State College in 1977, and has been licensed for 42 years. Nedra practices in Memphis, TN.
Ms. Wick was very professional and spoke up for my daughter. She saw right through my daughter’ s mother and recommended that she get help. She seen the things she was doing was effecting our daughter and was correct in saying that is would in effect her in the future. If Ms. Wicks could be hired as an attorney and not a court appointed GOL. I would! She was absolutely professional and direct. She was scared to speak up and what she thought was the correct direction to go. Again, I have a lot of respect and thank her for helping as much as she could.
Ms. Wicks was the public defender for my niece and was not helpful at all rude actually. As public defenders they just draw a check and not helpful to their clients at. I can't say that for all but this one first hand experience. Sad they she wasting tax dollars. Something need to be done. If your family member has her, get someone who cares. I mentioned her name and the comments OMG. it's to late for my niece, but don't let it be for your family member.
She never interviewed anyone in our lives not even our children who were old enough to share their experiences. I don’t thank it mattered to her. After she spoke with my husband she made up her mind already about me the tone to you cutting me off not allowing me to finish when we sat at the restaurant. Yes a restaurant it was so unprofessional she was condescending unkind just an awful representation of what a guardian at Leitem is supposed to be. We were married for nearly 2 decades and for that to be the extent of her research when the lives of our children and their well-being were in her handsThere was an article written about her just recently and it was spot on. I thought I had written it myself it’s spoke of her bias it’s spoke of her unprofessionalism it’s spoke of everything I experience from this person I will work endlessly until this person is disbarred. Children should never be placed in her hands she has none not that that is why I believe she is evil at her core.
Ms. Wick was supposed to be a GAL in my case, but she never did her job. She interviewed me and my sons father, but she NEVER followed up with my son. If she did, it would have saved everyone a lot of time and money. Also, she interviewed me first but when she found out my son’s father was of a different race than me, she totally changed her attitude towards me and basically said that the real problem is my son was being bullied at school. She talked so condescending to me, my lawyer, and my son’s therapist. I wouldn’t recommend her for ANYTHING!!! That was a lot of time and money wasted. Not to mention she didn’t even show up for court.
She is unprofessional, biased, unkind, disrespectful, expensive and the worst atty i've everhhad the misfortune of meeting.
