Jerry helped me resolve a significant issue with my landlord when the property owner failed to obtain a certificate of occupancy prior to renting me a townhouse in a new development. I was impressed by the quick response from the property owner once Jerry was involved!

Our lawsuit is still open after nearly a year and a half. We continue to have to e-mail him to get an update.
