My name is Bernard Stokes. I was convicted in Fulton County in 2023 for the murder of an ex- girlfriend. The authorities made me their number one suspect from the very onset. I never threatened nor caused Sean Macklin a single instant of harm or fear..ever! There was no actual body, witness, reports of physical violence, no supporting injuries to substantiate the charge, but a great deal of conjecture and manufactured biasness. Ms. Kuo has been assigned as the appellant attorney. This is a historic case where now heresay, prejudices, unsupported allegations and speculative "evidence" can be used as factual evidence to get convictions. I'm African American, so we know it doesn't take much to achieve that. But the government lied! There was no blood, no body in a box and I certainly didn't move a body of 175lbs by myself in broad daylight. Guilt is not a prerequisite for a conviction..so Ms Kuo has a job to do against dishonest prosecutors on political agendas. Stay tuned.
