Mr. Jones was not prepared for my sons criminal case. He was never present for conversations, never went to the county jail to discuss about the case, never read the discovery packet. Did not challenge the DA, did not cross examine witness’s. However, Mr. Jones was always available to take payment. Please do your research on Mr. Jones. I have never been so cheated in my life. So if your case is serious and possibly jail time amy be involved RUN.
Paid him $3000 and on first court appearance no attourney present,not even listed as my son's lawyer,this was 2.months ago!; September still no attorney on file at the courts! Asking myself " if I paid David Jones $3000 shouldn't my son be represented by him? David is the worst attourney I've ever seen! He takes your money and ask for more,yet he's not even listed with the courts as your paid lawyer!! Never calls you back won't answer messages! When other law officials cant reach him by phone,or email or messages," how are his clients suppose to? He has more than several bad reviews most repeating what I've said here.. I filed a complaint with Ga State Bar and if your reading this you may want to do the same!!
David H. Jones is the worst attorney in Atlanta. His communication is horrible, he files continuations without knowledge. He gets your hopes up for court and DOESN'T COME TO COURT. If I could give him a lower rating I would.
