My experience with Mr. Stoner was beyond reproach. Prosecutorial requirements led to a drawn out process, thanks to Mr. Stoner's chess like approach, my case was dismissed. Over the course of the procedure we built a great amount of rapport; he took an interest in more than my case, he showed genuine interest in my family as well. I look forward to keeping in touch - under more favorable circumstances, of course! He's a remarkable individual that has made a lasting impression, I'm honored to have made his acquaintance.

Hired Attorney

The unethical actions of this attorney changed my life. I am a person who had no experience with the criminal justice system, so I had to just trust this man with my case. A year and a half past, and my inquiries into my case were an annoyance to him. He told me he had a "more important case" to work on, referring to a big media case that put his name in the news. I insisted he stop continuing my trial. He begrudgingly did, coming to court with NOTHING. He didn't call any witnesses. He lied to me that he was subpeopaining and interviewing individuals. He wasn't. In the end I was convicted of a felony, based on lies of an officer. Two years later, I demanded my file. I then learned he had also lied about THE crucial evidence that would have acquitted me, the interrogation recording that disproved everything the officer said. His notes said it required time to sort through, so he "set it aside". He had told me they had not turned it over to him. This man should be disbarrred.
