Christensen Law Offices is a law firm established in 1976 with an office in Deadwood, SD. At this office location, there is 1 lawyer practicing business law, commercial law, criminal law and 31 other areas of law.
Utterly worthless customer service. I will be advising anybody to avoid him and his office like the plague.
Inconsiderate, unable to return phone calls. All of his tardiness on paperwork is somehow the fault of the client.{para}Honestly, I am too angry at how ripped off I have been by him to clearly write at all.{para}Just run from him, and use somebody else.
Non-communicative, poor client services. Very nice and engaged BEFORE the retainer, after the retainer, not so much. Not available. Never returned phone calls. EVER. Handed work and communication off to aides. It's policy is "not to review the decree with the client. It is up to the client to review and ask questions." This is negligence. A doctor wouldn't just give blood work to a patient and leave it to them to "ask the right questions".
Overall, the WORSE service.
