Hired Attorney

The divorce was final in March of 2022, and I am still spending a fortune to undo what she did to me. She was more interested in appeasing the bullying nature of the opposing council. After a traumatic loss in court, she completely fell off the face of the earth while I was scrambling to live, with the financial and emotional ruin I was left with. Two months after the finalization, I had not heard back from her at all. Then she sent me an email with the attached Finding of Facts... recorded with the court. The oral marital settlement which outlined the details of every piece of property divided between me and my ex... the non-contested portions which the judge did not hear... was drafted and recorded WITHOUT MY FOREKNOWLEDGE, INPUT, or SIGNATURE. In it, Ellen GAVE HIM 100% control the property and title to MY HOUSE... but made me 100% financially responsible for it without any claim to the title. I am still spending a fortune to fix her screw-up, with very little success in the court.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
