I have lived in Daytona Beach, Volusia County since 1959. As a former prosecutor with over 30 years of trial experience, I take great pride in providing the best possible service for all my clients. When you have questions, you will meet and speak with me personally and you will remain fully informed about the progress of your case.

Sam is absolutely the best lawyer that money can buy. He is attentive and approachable. He knows everyone who can influence the outcome of your case. Between Sam and Patti you are always heard and communicated with. He took on my daughter s charges of felonies and misdemeanors and got all the charges dropped. How did he do that? He s a miracle worker for sure and she didn’t even have to appear in person. Hopefully we ll never need him again but if we do need an attorney there is no one we would call but Sam. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

A few hours after retaining Sam he made some calls and found out the charges were already dropped and he immediately made arrangements to refund the retainer. Sam is one of the good guys.

It's hard to rate Sam Masters because he cares so much for his clients that he become one of your dearest friends. He does everything he can to make the whole process easy on you as a person. Other lawyers can be very intimidating but Sam is there to guide and protect you. He was able to settle claim for more than we ever imagined we would get and cleared our name of wrong doings. When it came to his fee he even made that easy to live with because he was more generous to us than to himself.
