Attorney Roxanne O. Jackson graduated summa cum laude from Florida Coastal School of Law where she served as a staff editor on Law Review and won numerous awards for academic achievement. Following law school, she was the staff attorney at the Florida Coastal School of Law Immigration and Family Advocacy clinic where she worked closely with the Mexican Consulate of Orlando in providing legal outreach services to ICE detainees at the Baker County detention center.
Attorney Jackson is licensed in Florida and Connecticut, and she is admitted to the U.S. District Court Middle District of Florida. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association of Central Florida and the Federal Bar Association in Jacksonville, Florida. Her focus is on family-based immigration, consular processing, citizenship, removal defense, asylum, U-Visa, VAWA.
She is English/Spanish bilingual and has provided extensive pro bono work in her local community. Attorney Jackson was recognized by the Fourth Judicial Circuit and the Jacksonville Bar Pro Bono Committees with an award for her 2019 pro bono services.
