Didn't get what I expected and monthly payment is much higher and longer than expected
I hired Mr Zipperer for a Bankruptcy case in 2023. While the case was handled, the communication was non-existent. 2 years later I received a legal notice from one of the Lenders stating they had not received the discharge paperwork. After emailing Mr Zipperer with the notice and requesting instruction on what to do about the notice, I received no response and therefore I contacted his office by phone. The staff member who answered my call said "I don't know what your talking about. We get hundreds of emails a day and cant possibly read them all." Obviously I was a bit taken back by the response. I filled her in about the notice. She told me "that is the trustee's job not ours, you don't need to do anything." Again, quite taken back by this response. I asked if she could have Mr Zipperer reach back out to me to confirm, to ensure there will not be anything negative from ignoring this. Her reply was "hes is not going to do that" If you hire this form, be assured you are on your own!
