I have used Robert Stepniak's legal representation twice and both times I received great service. If Mr. Stepniak was out of the office, he returned my call. He met me at court and represented me. I have no complaints and I would return to him again if needed.

I met and subsequently retained Mr.Stepniak via a strong recommendation."For your marraige/divorce situation,Mr.Stepniak is the lawyer that you want." I am greatful for that advice.He knows divorce law and the intricasies of the system well.He is professional in and out of the courtroom. He communicated diplomatically with all involved,including an erratic opposing counsel.He respected my wishes and advised me very well.Because of his expertise I was able to finally settle a painful divorce.

The experience with Robert truly changed my opinion of lawyers. From beginning to end he was first rate. He has a way with people that I haven't witnessed in any attorney until now. The situation stinks of course, but the representation simply couldn't be better. He paid attention to me as much as he did the details of the case. I wasn't in a great place, and he was kind. Extremely competent and confident. I certainly would never hesitate to recommend Robert.

Mr. Stepniak is a great attorney! He returns calls in a timely manner, answers any and all questions I have and gives you a clear, realistic point of view on your expectations. His staff is friendly and knowledgeable and I will keep him as my lawyer for any potential future issues I may encounter.

Too bad that there is not a zero rating. This guy is a terrible attorney (if you can call him that). He is quick to take your money and then you will not hear from him again. He will not communicate with you after he has your money. He will not fight for you. Many of his clients have spoken out against him. He hides behind his secretaries and is scared of other attorneys. His staff will make up bogus charges to bill you for. He does not return phone calls or emails. He is rude.
