About Mr. Paul Edward Rice, Jr.

Paul Rice has been representing divorce and family law clients in Daytona Beach and the Central Florida area for over 30 years. He is board certified in marital and family law by the Florida Bar. Only six percent of all lawyers in Florida are board certified. Mr. Rice has attained an AV Preeminent rating, the highest possible rating, by the leading national law firm directory. Mr. Rice has served as the chair of the Volusia County Bar Association's Family Law Section for the past 13 years,  and he was previously President of the local bar association.  Mr. Rice takes a solution-oriented approach to family law. In most divorce and family law cases, an early, amicable and inexpensive resolution should be sought, assuming the client's goals will not be compromised. In some cases, trial is inevitable. Mr. Rice has 30 years of extensive trial experience in all types of divorce and family law matters.

The communication was amazing from the entire staff. Almost overwhelming at times. I never had to wonder where we were and the coordination between the entire legal team was awesome. Between that and the knowledge of the law, I felt safe and in good hands. No doubt I will be using them again in the future.

Paul Rice & all his staff exceeded my expectations. He came highly recommended and didn't disappoint. His knowledge and expertise in the courtroom is superior. My divorce case wasn't simple due to a foreign corporation that added a level of complexity. Mr. Rice had the knowledge and the contacts involving a top business evaluator that allowed us to get the most out of my case. Had I not listened to him in every aspect my outcome wouldn't have been the same at trial.

Mr Rice is the most quintessential Divorce Attorney period. His combination of knowledge and compassion was greatly appreciated for my divorce case. His approach in solving the outstanding (sometimes overly emotional) issues that come with this type of case kept both the cost and the time frame to a minimum. I highly recommend Paul and his team (including Paige Russo-one of the best)

It was an extreme privilege to have Mr. Rice handle my legal services. He expertly guided me through and negotiated my dissolution of marriage addendum. The thought of this upcoming emotional, unpleasant, and possibly expensive process was daunting. My outcome was very favorable because of Mr. Rice's knowledgeable and professional approach.
