I had scheduled a phone consultation with Attorney Russell. To start, the receptionist was extremely kind and understanding to my needs, and helped to facilitate the scheduled call. When Attorney Russell called me at the appointed time, we quickly discovered that I had made an error due to my legal issue being out of his normal area of practice. This however, did not stop him from taking the time to try to assist me with answering all of my questions and concerns. Anything in the law that he did not feel confident about was made clear to me, and I really couldn't have asked for more(however it turns out he was right on with all of his advice). I truly thank him for taking the time to discuss the matter with me and try to put my mind at ease.
