AVOID THIS ATTORNEY / FIRM - UNETHICAL REPRESENTATION If you are looking for an ethical, fair, and professional attorney, do not hire Leanne Wagner or this firm. She represented a condo association AND blatantly disregarded the voices of the homeowners, siding exclusively with the board president - despite over 56% of homeowners signing a legal petition to remove this board member. Rather than upholding the integrity of the legal process, she actively sought loopholes to strike down the petition, with no legitimate justification other than protecting the board president {not other board members}. This is unethical - it's a complete disregard for the homeowners' rights & a clear bias in favor of a problematic board member who has already dragged the association into multiple lawsuits {all on public record}. Attorneys are to serve justice, not manipulate the system for personal or political agendas. If you care about fairness, accountability, and ethical representation, stay away.
