AFTER ABOUT 1 YEAR ONE OF MY CASES DISAPPEEARED I ASKED AND I WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS PIGGYBACKED WITH THE OTHER CASE THAT'S NOT WHAT I WAS TOLD BY AN EX-EMPLOYEE. I WENT THROUGH 4 YEARS OF HELL WITH JON E. BENEZETTE WORKERS COMP TOLD HIM WHAT TO DO . 3 TIME'S I WAS REFUSED SURGERY MY BRAIN AND SPINE DOCTOR SAID THEY'RE PLAYING GAME'S AND HE SENT THE REPORT OUT TO JON . HE DID TELL ME WHO HE GOT ELECTED AND WHO WAS IN HIS POCKET AND 1 THE DOCTOR'S THAT ALLSTATE SENT ME TO WAS A W---- DOCTOR BOUGHT AND PAID FOR, JON SAID NO WORRIES I WORK OUT WITH HIM . TODAY I HAVE OVER 4'' FILE AND E-MAIL ON THIS AND ABOUT 7 DIFFERENT PILLOWS THE HARDEST THING IN THE WORLD IS TO LAY DOWN. YES HE'S BEEN IN BUSINESS 24 YEARS BUT HE'S TIRED AND HE DIDN'T EVEN HAND ME MY CHECK OR GO OVER THINGS HE SOLD MY SPINE FOR PENNIES ON THE DOLLAR I'AM EMBARRASS TO SAY
