BEFORE I PAID MY MONEY I WAS ABE TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE TEAM VERY EFFICIENTLY AND WAS TOLD I WOULD GET WEEKLY UPDATES. NOW NO ONE RETURNS MY CALLS OR EMAILS I GOT ONE MESSAGE SAYING I WOULD HAVE ANB UPDATE IN 24 HOURS BUT NOTHING. AGAIN NOT CONTACTING ME TO WHY. I MAY LOOSE MY JOB OPPORTUNITY, BE DEPORTED AS TRANSFERS HAVE A LIMIT IN TIME AND IT DOESN’T EVEN SEEM TO BE WORTH A PHONE CALL WHICH TAKES 10MIN WITH THE USCIS, THEY TOLD ME THIS. THEMSELVES ALL TTHEY NEEDED TO DO WAS CALL. THE TEAM NEW HOW STRESSED I WAS AND THEY ASSURED ME CLEAR COMMUNICATION . I EVEN HAD TO POST IN MY OWN DOCUMENTS AND FOUND A MISTAKE UN WHAT THEY ASKED ME TO SEND. I WOULD NOT PAY THIEM ANY MONEY UTIL THE JOB IS COMPLETED. SHOULD OF GONE WITH MY GUT INSTINCT WHEN I THOUGHT THIS COULD BE A SCAM.
Jacqueline M. Sale charged $8000, but even even didnt open the Foreclosure case. The Appeal was lost, because she gave a wrong advise and just withdraw from the case without returning any money back. Jacqueline M. Sale was reported to Florida bar, fee dispute was recommended , but Jacqueline M. Sale refused to attend. Lawyers said that it's legal malpractice case.
