My review is in regards to the family law part of this team. My case was assigned to Mr Ellzey who was very weak, laid-back, not protective and not aggressive. I have a disabled child and my ex Is an abusive narcissist sociopath who stole and of course did not pay child support. More than 50k later and 2 years After the case ended ( by the way the agreement was very poor with no consequences to the father and little benefit to my child) No child support has been paid whatsoever. I could not be more frustrated.. Its very important to say that during the case the office made so many mistakes! please DO NOT sign any documents without truly reviewing it. Their mistakes were gruesome ( the first one was supposed to be a 5 min signature and I realized that they wrote down on my affidavit that I had a 2 million dollars in my bank account ( what a joke). A lot more to write here but no space . So far I haven’t received child support..
