Holly J. Woersching is an attorney in Wicker Smith's Miami office. She began her career at Wicker Smith as a law clerk in 2013, and focuses her practice primarily in the areas of construction litigation, medical malpractice, and general liability defense.
A graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, she excelled in her law school career, achieving high marks throughout her legal education. As a law student, Ms. Woersching was an active advocate in the Litigation Skills Program. She was also an intern with the Miami Dade Office of the State Attorney, assisting in the prosecution of felonies and misdemeanors ranging from DUI to violent crimes.
As an intern for the Honorable Stanford Blake of the 11th Judicial Circuit of Florida, Ms. Woersching conducted legal research, prepared bench memoranda, and contributed valuable insight while assisting with courtroom proceedings and pretrial conferences. In 2011, Ms. Woersching graduated cum laude from the University of Florida, earning a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science.
Ms. Woersching was admitted to practice in the State of Florida in 2014 and is an active member of the Florida Bar.
