When dealing with cases involving children, he seems to sincerely care about the best interests of the child. He also really knows how to put a witness in his or her place, so I could see him being an excellent criminal attorney as well. He ran for District 7 County Judge, so you know he knows his stuff. I would recommend him to anyone. He's an excellent lawyer and I personally have a lot of respect for him.
Would the person that wrote the review on Mr. Neitzke kindly contact me, I could not believe that you had the same experience that I had, he did actually dose off while I was in consultation with him, I knew he had to be on some kind of drugs. This is the most dishonest man you will ever deal with. After his many years of service, the only positive recommendation is from his own office assistant, lol.
NEVER recommend this idiot to anyone. He is a thief. Either stoned on drugs during consultations or just don't give a crap about you. He falls asleep, yes actually dozes off trying to take notes on your case. He ripped me off by requesting an amount of money and I made the check out for more when I asked for the $ back, he showed it was used up in fees, BS! He never went to trial and charged a ridiculous sum of money! plus got overpaid on top of it. Find another attorney!!!
