Excellent, no-nonsense practitioner who offers practical solutions to the unavoidable impasses you run up against in real estate deals. Tim Tye is a knowledgeable, experienced and dedicated legal professional. His many years as an attorney has made him an excellent choice if you have need for legal advice and council. He handled my needs with the upmost professionalism, and took care of my estate planning start to finish. I knew I needed to have this done, but dreaded the process. It could not have been simpler. Tim and I had discussed on the phone his recommendations and before I knew it, everything was ready to be signed. His paralegal, Christine, is fantastic too! She and Tim work well together and made this process seamless. I am eternally grateful for the expert advice and updated estate docs. I feel so much better that my heirs will be able to take care of business after I'm gone with little muss or fuss. Thanks so much Tim and Christina!

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
