I chatted with Sam Caras about my case for an hour on Thursday, March 21st, 2024. I should have left when he showed up to our consultation 10 minutes late, WITHOUT SHOES, and in joggers. He spoke to me like i was stupid, asked repeated and inappropriate questions that border on sexual harassment under the guise of "the other guy's insurance will access your medical records" which has been confirmed to me by a second attorney to have absolutely no relevance. After i decided i was done with his behavior and made to leave, he yelled at me to "stop jumping to conclusions" and then threatened me with an $800 chiro bill that he somehow got from my doctor (Dr. Ferguson, in case he reccomended you to Caras as well - this decision to share my bill with Caras before i signed him to be my attorney has made me seek care with a better doctor). In the end, I chose not to work with Sam Caras because he is an old fool who needs to retire rather than show up to appointments late and barefoot.
