All contacts were extremely professional and gave me the confidence all would be well. As I was traveling through Ohio from my home in Alabama, I was unaware of some potential issues that could arise there. There is no one else in the area I would even consider contacting if needed.
Stay far away from. He should have retired long ago. Hired him and he did not even know to file for administrator. Met with him and seemed knowledgeable two days before the hearing he wants to back out because he forgot and decided he didnt want the case. Would been okay if he didnt tell me two days before! I warn you dont even waste your time he caused the family alot of heartache.
Billed for emails asking questions that have been answered multiple times. Billed for emails sending us information we did not need nor ask for. Despite being billed hundreds of dollars for this information, STILL failed to fill out our forms correctly. At one point the lawyer and her secretary were completely unreachable for almost a month without any warning. Delaying everything and costing us over $1000. Have more but this box only allows 500 characters...
