I often found that I was updating Mr. Certo of the status of my case instead of him updating me. Mr. Certo was over confident in his knowledge of the law and under prepared in his execution to what should have been an open and close case against an unrepresented defendant. This over confidence led to a custody case that drug on for 2 years ending in unfavorable results.
