Hired Attorney Keith Fricker

I am working with this lawyer now, I will regularly update this through my experience with him. i am working with (allsup) who hired mr fricker to handle my case. as of now we've spoke once and 3 days before my phone hearing, Mr fricker POSTPONES my hearing. saying he prefers in person, when i asked when you think that would ever be, he says "doesn't matter it's my preference." turns out it's not his preference, and we won't have in person in the near future even, phone would be best. and if he had read into maybe even 4 pages of my medical file, he would've read i don't leave my house, so phone call was ideal. I'm a i've spoken to social security hearing dept, and they as well said "it's not his decision" so that's where we are now.. i will update soon

Hired Attorney Keith Fricker

Working with this Attorney ended up being a joke. He never wanted to listen to me, hardly ever called me back when I would leave a message. He also lied to me about filing a civil suit against the person accusing me of false accusations (I had proof). I have a feeling he was paid off by the accuser. He totally over charged me for what seemed to be just paper work mainly, and two appearances at the Court House. He also talked to me like I was incompetent, and always made me feel like I was wrong. I would NOT recommend this guy. He’s very condescending and extreay full of him self.

Hired Attorney Keith Fricker

Keith Fricker is EXACTLY why attorneys have a bad image. He lied about filing my case, told me twice he had filed; however I'm not an imbecile and I can look up online and see that NOTHING was ever filed. This after a year of lies and feet dragging. The only thing Fricker ever does in a timely manner is collect your money. He has over $2k of my money and he did NOTHING for me. He's a garbage human and garbage lawyer.
