After five painful years of working with this attorney, I am absolutely disgusted at the lack of communication, the incompetency in missing things in my credit report/bankruptcy, and the lack of professionalism. Hire anyone else. Joyce is concerned with her mediocre political career and has no concern for the clients she takes on as bankruptcy cases. Horrible experience. If I could give zero stars I would.
Joyce Has lied to our family so many times. Joyce took our case and made several false promises. She provided a time 30 day frame for the process. After receiving pay she no longer responded to our calls for months. She lied and said the judge had our case. Court says "they never had our case. We traveled from Va to OH to get her to work on our case. Once in town she tells me a different story saying it the recorder's office has been prolonging the process. We called the recorder's office and they said they hadn't received anything and would call when they did. Five minutes later Clerk calls to inform me they received our case. So first it was the judge fault and then the recorders and neither ever had our case. She never started the process. Court clerk Says "its a 2-3 week process". Joyce took from Nov-March. We let her know probate was due and she still didn't help. Joyce has been cited by a judge multiple times for failing to meet deadlines on several documented cases. Pls Beware
