We were told by John Rion as well as his paralegal that he specifically would be handling the case. However, after the initial consultation, we never saw Rion again. The attorney that was assigned to our case refused to listen to any of our requests or to provide the service we paid for. He proceeded with his own agenda. I paid Rion $5000.00 to represent us. Because our case was not a high profile case and did not garner any publicity, we had little legal representation, approx 2 hrs worth.
