Jared is a trial attorney practicing extensively in the areas of insurance defense and coverage, municipal liability, commercial/business disputes, and appellate litigation. After graduating in 2003 from William and Mary School of Law in Williamsburg, Virginia, Jared spent two years as a staff attorney for the Third District Court of Appeals in Lima, Ohio, working primarily for Judge Sumner Walters and Judge Richard Rogers. While at the Third District, Jared was involved with numerous published decisions and also worked directly for Judge Robert Cupp, who since been elected to the Ohio Supreme Court.
Jared is admitted to practice law in the state of Ohio and before the United States Federal District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio. He also serves as an arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau and is a member of both the Ohio State and Dayton Bar Associations, in addition to the Carl D. Kessler Inn of Court, the Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys, The Defense Research Institute, and the Volunteer Lawyers Project.
