Frank A. Malocu earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Dayton School of Law in 1991, where he received the American Jurisprudence Award for the highest grade in Insurance Law. Licensed to practice in Ohio that same year, he opened a private law office across from the Montgomery County courts in Dayton—his base for over 33 years. From 1992 to 2000, Frank served as Magistrate for the Honorable Judge George Gounaris in the Common Pleas Court. Concentrating on divorce, criminal defense, OVI/DUI, traffic law, and personal injury, he built a reputation for skill and compassion.
