Erin is a graduate of Indiana University (with high distinction) and the Ohio State University College of Law (with honors). Erin was elected to the Phi Beta Kappa Society and to the Order of the Coif, a national honor society for law school graduates. She is admitted to practice in Ohio and before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Ohio, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Her practice focuses on governmental law/municipal law, civil rights, insurance coverage, employment, construction, premises liability, and personal injury litigation. Before joining Green & Green Lawyers in 1997, Erin practiced with a small insurance and civil defense firm in Toledo. She is a member of the Dayton, Ohio State, and American Bar Associations, the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance, Defense Research Institute, the Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys, and the Carl D. Kessler Inn of Court, an organization of trial counsel and judges. Erin also is a member of The Business Network and was a founding member of one of TBN's Dayton area leadership teams. Erin's involvement in the community is varied. She is the Chair Person of the Sugarcreek Township Board of Zoning Appeals and has been for over 12 years. She has also served as an adjunct professor at the University of Dayton School of Law for trial practice and alternative dispute resolution classes. Erin has also served as an arbitrator in private arbitrations as well as through the Montgomery County Common Pleas Arbitration Program.
