I hired them for a defective Trailer, we were having trouble with from day, one we bought, it has been in the shop for Pretty much The first year we owned it. The manufacturer kept telling us they would fix it, but it was not being fixed. I spoken with Susan. She told me all this stuff they knew we wanted a buyback as we were down thousands of dollars already. She told me that they would definitely be willing to do that.so that I would give them the retainer once I gave them the retainer the process slowed down extremely it’s almost like they had a relationship with the RV company I did not like the offer at all. All of a sudden they were not willing to go to court when we were ready to go to court Because all the offers we were getting were extremely low and we were losing a lot of money They pretty much told me there’s nothing they can do for me. They don’t wanna go to court. And if I did not settle, they would just drop the case I definitely would not recommend them
