Hired Attorney Anthony S. VanNoy

In 2014 I was unlawfully arrested and assaulted by 4 Dayton police officers while celebrating a UD basketball game. I was beaten and humiliated in public in front of students. I was pepper sprayed point blank while being attacked. I was then hogtied and carried away to be arrested. I was accused of 2 felonies and 3 misdemeanors for a crime that I did not commit. Although my innocence was proved and the case was dropped, my diploma was still suspended for a year and the end of my senior year of college was ruined. It has taken me 7 years to write this review, because the experience was so traumatizing and it will be a blemish on my record forever. Anthony Van Noy is BY FAR the best attorney I have ever worked with. As soon as he was called he had me released me from jail within hours. He worked tirelessly on my behalf to prove my innocence and assured me my case would be dropped. I will forever be grateful for his hard work and determination and would recommend him to anyone.

Mr.Vannoy was very savey in the initial interview. I thought I was hiring a very good attorney, only to find out later that he was inefficeint and ineffective. He was my child's Guardian Ad Lidem and did a very poor job representing our family.
