I have retained Mr. Certo on numerous occasions. He is a highly intelligent perfectionist. Extremely observant and cunning. His ability to negotiate and tear down a prosecution's case, is impressive. It's only surpassed by his ability in the court room, if it ever gets to that point. He is my first choice in every state that he practices. He will tell it to you straight, when a good deal of attorneys will tell you what you want to hear, and let you count all your regrets later.
Mr. Certo spent more time worrying about higher profile cases than mine. Often going months without even a status update. I often found that I was updating Mr. Certo of the status of my case instead of him updating me. Mr. Certo was over confident in his knowledge of the law and under prepared in his execution to what should have been an open and close case against an unrepresented defendant. This over confidence led to a custody case that drug on for 2 years ending in unfavorable results.
