VERY SMART AND KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING. AS FOR THE PERSON WHO SAID HIS RATE WENT UP THE SECOND TIME, THIS IS BECAUSE YOUR CASE GOT DISMISSED THE FIRST TIME AND HE TELLS YOU THE FIRST TIME THAT IF YOU HAVE TO RE-FILE IT WILL COST MORE. HE DOES NOT PUT UP WITH BS BUT I LIKE THAT IN A LAWYER. HE WILL DO WHAT IS BEST FOR YOU AND SAVE YOU LOTS OF MONEY.

All communication is done thru someone else but the lawyer, plus I think he is a money hound, because his first price to take my case jumped from 1800 to 2500 even though I had him before in a case that was dismissed. Plus he was to contact me for a conference call within 10 days and it has been almost two months and still no answer.
