Hired Attorney

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the services provided by Nazarena Hauser and Leisa Wintz, partners at Family Matters Law Group. Their conduct has been highly unprofessional and incompetent. Despite paying for their time, they consistently failed to return calls. Nazarena Hauser initially responded promptly before being hired, but once retained, she became unresponsive, missed appointments, and ignored emails. Leisa Wintz exhibited rude and condescending behavior, frequently lying and threatening to drop me as a client without returning the retainer when confronted. Additionally, their staff repeatedly contacted me to discuss the same information, resulting in double billing for identical work. They also charged a flat rate, claiming it would be less costly than hourly billing. However, after multiple attempts to obtain a copy of my bill, which was only provided after I threatened a complaint to the Florida Bar, it became evident that they did not perform all t
