Mark began his legal career clerking for a Federal Judge who had been a master trial attorney before taking the bench. In this position he observed a wide disparity in the skill levels of trial attorneys and gained invaluable insight into the difference between truly effective advocacy and overly zealous representation. Thereafter, he tried his first case to a successful verdict and has been trying civil jury and court-side cases ever since. The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
