My ex husband hired Mr. Cenatiempo. We wrote our own non standard agreement with the help of a mediator. After 5 years it needed modifications. I made an order they made a counter, we agreed to the main points in hopes to be done quickly. In response Mr. Cenatiempo yelled at my attorney. He spent a year running up legal bills harassing me: asking the court to sanction me, yelling at me in depositions, etc. I suggested to my ex that he get a second opinion from a different attorney at which point we settled. A year later I got a more favorable settlement than what I initially offered, my ex paid my legal fees, and I no longer speak to my ex. My ex husband's decision to hire Mr. Cenatiempo cost him mid six figures by my estimates and a relationship with the mother of his children. I have nothing but the most negative things to say about Mr. Cenatiempo. He is not smart, not skilled, and worst not a good fiduciary.
