Hired Attorney Mr. Thomas Dasinger

Avoid Attorney Tank Dasinger in Daphne, AL at all costs. Hiring Mr. Dasinger was the single worst legal decision I’ve ever made. His representation has been a complete disaster, marked by lies, negligence, and outright unethical practices. No contract, no rules: His office openly admitted that they “don’t provide written contracts” for clients. That means no clear terms, no accountability, and no protection for the people who trust him. Scam fees: He promised my case would be handled for a flat-rate fee. Then, after deliberately dragging it out, he demanded thousands more, blaming delays that were entirely his own doing. Cash pocketing with zero receipts: He personally took cash from me and pocketed it. His staff even confirmed they “don’t issue receipts.” Despite repeated requests, I never received receipts or itemized billing statements. John Dasinger is not a trustworthy attorney. He operates without transparency, ethics, or professionalism.
