I was a client of Mr. Derek Rose for a personal injury matter. The people at his law firm shuffled the case around between lawyers and paralegals for about 18 months. A few months prior to the statute of limitations, with no new information, this firm completely dropped the case without explanation. This law firm wasted critical time over so many months making it almost impossible to find a new law firm for the case so late in the game. Stay far away from Caldwell Wenzel & Asthana. Dishonest and Unethical Conduct and poor treatment of clients.
