Mr. Abreau went to great lengths to help us with a tenant that refused to pay her rent, they lied to the court and said they had receipts, the judge made her give us the receipts and we were able to get some of our rent money back. While this occurred during covid he provided her with documents that could have gotten her some relief but she maintained we did something she did not like. We on the other hand bent over backward for that tenant, and he was able to win our case even though she was very difficult to deal with. Thank you Luis! He also set up a durable power of attourney for my mother in law.
