He started out as a decent lawyer and did very well in our first custody trials. This was before my ex lawyered up. He then became confused and almost timid at times. I had to remind him of things like custody schedules when he was put on the spot by opposing lawyer. After draining my funds he quit in the middle of a motion. This action has caused damage to this day. I hired another lawyer later on and we filed to have "all" documents sent to my new lawyer. He withheld crucial documents and I was not informed. These documents are very important to my file. I would not have known if I did not ask my new lawyer about the documents which they never received. He has potential but seemed to be intimidated by other lawyers.
See below about attorney Kulig and his equally corrupt partner. A completely corrupt attorney who asked me to lie and work against a client that attorney Kulig was representing. Another example of the disgusting filth of the legal system establishment. Attorney Kulig, who covered up rape and serial sexual assault committed against his client at a state hospital. He tried bribing me to cover this up in hopes that the filthy and corrupt within the state would give him significant probate asset cases he could raid. Attorney Kulig tried to extort claiming to a client that his wife would continue to get raped at hospital and beat because he as attorney wasn't going to shake up the establishment and the reputation of the previously criminally convicted mayor that oversees the state hospital and said that only a bag of $50,000 will solve problem "appropriately." This attorney is degenerate filth that would make a maggot puke and reg takes payoffs from opposing side to lose your case.
This filthy underhanded lawyer engaged me for representation and then sold me out to my opponent and even tried extorting me. He is a lot more dirty than the typical filthy attorney. He should be disbarred but we have the fox guarding the hen house with attorneys in charge of disciplining other attorneys at board.
