I'm appalled by the rude and unprofessional behavior of Attorney Richard Talley. Our initial call started on the wrong foot, with him sounding grumpy from the outset. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, thinking he was having a bad day. However, things took a turn for the worse when I didn't have a specific piece of information he requested. He shouted at me to get the information and abruptly hung up the phone. I'm grateful that he revealed his true nature during our first call, rather than after I had paid a retainer. I would refrain working with Attorney Talley. The best attorneys talks nicely, are curious and sharp rather than trying to bully the customers.
